RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below. Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 21 days of delivery date or in-store purchase date, by mail or to any Hudson Blake location for full refund.
Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns.
Unless the item is final sale, any items purchased from Instagram Shopping or Facebook Marketplace that are unused and unworn with tags attached may be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for refund.
All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive refund for the amount paid for the item(s).
Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or
hygienic liner has been removed.
All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or
adjusted for any reason. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within three business days of the package’s original delivery.
